Ok, this is my very first try and it's not very good haha. Errors: I forgot to remove the boolProp cheat box and... I didn't remove the speechbubbles the Sims were originally speaking.
And my speechbubbles aren't perfectly round, so...
Mind you, this took 2 days to make! From 8AM-5PM yesterday and 10AM-12PM today.
With regards to the spelling of Regina Phalange, I'm not sure if its Falangie or Phalange but wiki said it was Phalange so... plus Phalange is almost a real word anyway...
